Less than 1% of the profit from tea goes to the tea-farmers - that is, unless you buy Fairtrade tea. There were more people trafficked across the world in this year than there were in the whole period of time when William Wilberforce was campaigning against slavery... and you may be buying food that feeds that industry - unless of course you buy 'traffik-free' products. Phil Walker talks to representatives from both these organisations to find out how to find out the difference we could each make.
