Eden Openshaw started in August 2000 when a group of young volunteer youth workers were commisioned by the Salvation Army and the Message Trust to assess the needs of the community of the Toxteth Street Estate in Higher Openshaw, Manchester. A growing Eden team and increasing local interest saw us move from house church to open public meetings, Openshaw Community church was planted. 7 years later we continue to serve and grow.
