We are a group of theological colleges and denominational bodies, based in Manchester, who share a vision for lifelong learning and education in Christian faith, practice and dialogue.  We do this by:

    providing learning opportunities for churches members and others
    sharing theological resources with and among local churches and communities
    preparing people for accredited forms of ministry
    providing opportunities for post-graduate research

We came together formally in 1997, although we have been working together for a great deal longer.  This is a truly ecumenical educational establishment when participants learn together from each other to equip them in their Christian life of discipleship and service.

Participants come from all walks of life and all types and sizes of churches from the rural chapel to the city centre church, from inner city and multi-cultural settings to international seminaries from the other side of the globe.
