JFL is a Christian run Fair Trade Comedy Movement which organises and stages Stand Up Comedy Nights. We begun life early in 2005 in Leeds staging a regular night which ran for over 2 years. Branching out from there a network of regular and one off shows has emerged as well as a booking agency that works with companies, charities and other organizations to stage quality comedy events.

JFL is sponsored by Untied Co-operatives and as part of it's mandate as well as bring the best in stand up drawing upon a vast network of the top comedians throughout the UK, we also seek to promote the cause of Fair-trade by making information and literature available at all our events.

We do it because we want to:

• Provide good, clean and affordable entertainment
• Promote the cause of Fairtrade
• Support the Speak campaigns network, both financially and with awareness raising
• Provide a positive addition to the cultural landscape
• And most of all, to provide a bloody good night of laughter and frivolity
