<p><strong>Care for the Family</strong> is a national Christian charity, based in Cardiff, which seeks to strengthen family life and support those who are struggling because of family breakdown. They offer multiple resources to this end:</p>
<ul>
<li>support networks for bereaved parents, step-families, single parents, parents of children with additional needs, spouses who lose their partner early in life</li>
<li>courses in parenting, relationships, marriage, work/life balance, money management</li>
<li>books and dvds</li>
<li>print and online magazines</li>
<li>And much more!</li>
</ul>
<p>There are offices in Northen Ireland, Scotland, the Isle of Man and Greater Manchester.</p>
<p>In Greater Manchester awareness levels have been increased through contact with local churches, local authorities, the police, PCTs, etc. This has led to an increased use of the excellent materials produced by Care for the Family.</p>
